We charge a small platform fee per transaction, typically shared between the vendor and the attendee. This covers the cost of secure payments and the queue tracking infrastructure.
What if the internet goes down?
Skiip is built with offline-resilience. Our vendor hubs create a local network mesh that keeps orders flowing even if the main venue Wi-Fi or cellular network is congested.
How do refunds work?
Refunds can be initiated directly by the vendor from their dashboard if an item is out of stock. The funds are returned to the attendee's original payment method automatically.
