Coaching Philosophy

Periodised training with small-sided constraints, decision-making under pressure, and video-assisted feedback to lock in learning.

Player Pathway

Foundations

U9–U13. Ball mastery, agility, 1v1s, and decision speed. Fun, competitive environment.

Progression

U15–U17. Tactical roles, pressing triggers, transitions, and strength foundations.

Performance

U19/Senior. Unit cohesion, set-piece detail, match periodisation, and video review.

Opportunities

Trials, showcases, scholarship applications, and referrals through partner clubs and schools.

Safeguarding & Consent

Parental Consent

Players under 18 train and appear in media only with guardian consent. Our registration process and app both include clear consent steps.

Data Handling

We store only essential information for scheduling, communication, and development tracking. Data is not sold or shared outside football-related activities.

Training Ground

Primary base at Goal Getters Football Club, 132 Bonaero Dr, Bonaero Park, Johannesburg, 1619. Sessions are scheduled to maximise contact time and quality.

Match Venues

Fixtures are played at local SAFA and regional league venues. Weekly schedules and locations are shared via WhatsApp broadcast and the app.

Equipment

Modern training equipment for technical, physical, and tactical sessions, plus video review tools for key age groups.

Intro to roles, scanning habits, ball circulation, and pressing cues.

U15

Phase play, switching, midfield overloads, and combination play.

U17
