Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Goal Getters FC or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Registration and Membership

Player Registration

  • All players must complete the registration process and provide accurate information
  • Players under 18 require parental or guardian consent
  • Registration is subject to availability and coach approval
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration without providing a reason

Membership Fees

  • Fees are due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
  • Late payment may result in suspension from training
  • We reserve the right to adjust fees with one month's notice

Code of Conduct

Player Conduct

Players are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
  • Give maximum effort in all sessions
  • Follow club rules and coach instructions
  • Represent the club positively on and off the pitch

Parent/Guardian Conduct

Parents and guardians must:

  • Support the club's philosophy and coaching methods
  • Respect decisions made by coaches and club officials
  • Not interfere with coaching or training sessions
  • Report any concerns through proper channels

Disciplinary Action

Violation of the code of conduct may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Temporary suspension from training or matches
  • Termination of membership without refund

Health and Safety

  • Players participate in all activities at their own risk
  • Players must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
  • We maintain appropriate insurance but are not liable for injuries sustained during normal participation
  • Emergency contact information must be kept up to date

Safeguarding

Goal Getters FC is committed to safeguarding all players. We:

  • Conduct background checks on all coaches and staff
  • Follow safeguarding best practices and policies
  • Require parental consent for all activities involving minors
  • Maintain appropriate supervision ratios

Media and Photography

By registering, you consent to:

  • Photography and video recording during club activities
  • Use of images for promotional materials and social media
  • Parents may opt out by notifying us in writing

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Sessions canceled by the club will be rescheduled where possible
  • No refunds for player absence or withdrawal
  • Kit purchases are non-refundable once personalized

Limitation of Liability

Goal Getters FC is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Injuries sustained during normal participation in football activities
  • Failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
